Powerflex polyurethane bushings are designed to decrease the amount of deflection in your car's suspension for better handling, driver feedback, and tire wear. We use a premium polyurethane formulated specifically for our company to provide minimal NVH (noise, vibration, harshness) and increased longevity over the stock rubber bushings. The quality of Powerflex products is visible the moment you open the box: premium polyurethanes, detailed moldings, and CNC-machined 304 stainless sleeves. Lube-holding grooves and knurls will ensure the supplied copper-based grease stays in place for extended squeak-free operation.
Powerflex products carry a Lifetime Warranty on every part produced.
Powerflex is a truly engineered product, not just a copy of the stock part in a different material. We have redesigned many common factory failure parts, allowing the articulation required to far outlast the stock part it is replacing while maintaining control of the movement for increased performance. Additionally, Powerflex Engineering Line products for some fitments include unique features like polyurethane monoballs and offset geometry to provide ultimate performance without the harshness of a metallic monoball race part. Polyurethane engine/drivetrain mounts and reinforcements are available for some fitments to reduce movement for better throttle response and more power to the wheels.
Bushings are produced in one of three durometers – yellow (70A – stiffer than rubber), purple (80A), and black (95A – very stiff) measured hardness. Unlike other brands using only one urethane for all applications, Powerflex design engineers choose the correct hardness to allow for the specific movement or rigidity required for each location while minimizing unwanted NVH. Urethane hardness is standardized per fitment and location, but select parts are available in an optional stiffer urethane for track and autocross performance where NVH is less important.
Powerflex bushing offerings are very thorough, but are sold per location to fit each customer's specific needs. An automobile's bushings and mounts wear at different rates making "complete-kit" bushing sets unnecessary for most buyers. Replacing only the weak links in your car's suspension is a great way to tighten handling without stressing the budget.
Powerflex copper-based grease is supplied with every bushing set. We suggest using only a copper-based grease for lubrication. Bushings will rarely need re-lubing due to the unique grooves and knurls cast into the material to hold the lubricant. We do not suggest using an "anti-seize" product for lubrication.

- One part number includes both driver and passenger suspension bushings as noted at the end of each part number (x2, x4, etc.)
- Confirm anti-roll bar diameter before ordering any anti-roll bar bushings
- Honda changed the rear upper wishbones in 2004. Cars up to 2004 use PFR25-210; cars after seem to use either PFR25-209 or PFR25-210. Please measure the original bushing to ensure the correct part number is ordered.
- PFR25-209 fits arms with a hole diameter of 42mm and length of 57mm (2004+)
- PFR25-210 fits arms with a hole diameter of 35mm and length of 47mm (-2004)
